Beach Tag Pickup
Beach Tags will be available for resident pickup beginning Saturday, May 31st in the Chair House TOH Supervisor’s office. Tags will be available for pickup on WEEKENDS ONLY during the day.
Any Point Lookout Resident picking up their Beach Tags must present BOTH a Driver’s License and a Proof of Residency such as a current utility bill, mortgage statement, or tax bill. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this requirement by the Town.
Please be courteous to Town Employees as they will be following these requirements as instructed by the Town in order to keep access to our beach for Residents and their families.
Civic Beach officially opens on Flag Day, Saturday, June 14th…..so take advantage of the 2 weekends prior to get your Beach Tags in advance.

What are the hours to get the beach passes?
The Town of Hempstead told us “during the day”, so we are assuming they will have staff their each Saturday and Sunday around the hours of 10am – 4pm
